Nike Air Safari in 1987, the ostrich-informed pattern takes over much of the upcoming sneakers’ forefoot and mid-foot. “Chile Red” animates the toe box and tongue, while a dark “Pollen” leaves its mark on the ankle and heel underlays. Pitch-“Black” components enter the mix throughout some of the Air Max‘s most signature details, allowing for the safari print to steal the spotlight. Underfoot, midsoles opt-out of the aforementioned color arrangement for an off-white makeup that takes a “back seat” to the design choices that take over the upper.
